Artist Services Agreement

This Artist Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between My Event Store ("MES"), and the artist ("Artist") who wishes to provide their services through the MES website. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between MES and the Artist. By using the MES website and providing services, the Artist agrees to be bound by these terms.

Incorporation of Introduction

1.1. The MES website serves as a platform for connecting Artists with potential clients seeking artistic services.

1.2. The Artist acknowledges that MES is not a party to any agreements or contracts between the Artist and clients, and MES solely provides the platform for facilitating the connection.

Modification of these Terms

2.1. MES reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Artist will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the MES website and services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Reserved Rights

3.1. MES retains the right to reject or remove any Artist's profile or listing from the MES website, without providing a reason.

3.2. MES reserves the right to modify or remove any content or material provided by the Artist on the MES website, if it violates the terms of this Agreement or is deemed inappropriate by MES.

Online Conduct

4.1. The Artist agrees to conduct themselves professionally and ethically while using the MES website.

4.2. The Artist shall not engage in any activities that are illegal, fraudulent, or violate the rights of any third party.

Purpose and Nature of Services

5.1. The Artist shall provide artistic services as described in their profile and agreed upon with clients.

5.2. The Artist acknowledges that MES is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcome of the services provided by the Artist.

Registration

6.1. The Artist must register on the MES website and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

6.2. The Artist agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their account login details and is responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

Payments and Refunds

7.1. MES will collect payments from clients on behalf of the Artist for the services rendered.

7.2. MES will retain a commission fee of 15% of the total transaction value as a service fee.

7.3. MES will remit the remaining balance to the Artist after deducting the commission fee.

7.4. Refunds or disputes related to payments shall be handled in accordance with MES's refund policy.

Termination

8.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice.

8.2. In the event of termination, the Artist will receive payment for services rendered up until the termination date.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MES is located.

9.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By providing services through the MES website, the Artist acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
