RENTAL POLICY

Security Deposit:
Deposit will be charged on certain products accordingly to avoid loss, damage or late return, listing the client as personally responsible for all damages and outstanding balances.

You can choose one of three alternatives for a security deposit:

1. Pay the security deposit in cash, which might be equivalent to the cost of the item you are renting from us and it will be returned or paid back when we collect back the product.

2. Provide your passport when we deliver the item to you; it will be returned when we collect back the product.

3. Have a technical personnel to manage your event at a reasonable price.

Refundable Deposit:
After your rental product has been returned, and all equipment tested and verified, the deposit value will be released within 7-14 Working Days.
