Sleeve Block & Top Pulley:

Sleeve block with a top pulley. The sleeve block is a key part of a "ground support" system. It's designed to slide vertically up and down a truss tower. A chain hoist, with its chain running through the top pulley, attaches to the sleeve block, allowing a horizontal truss grid (often called the "roof") to be raised and lowered safely. This system is crucial for building large, elevated structures for events.
